The beautiful forest of Chironico in Ticino is well known for its fantastic bouldering opportunities. Over easter, I travelled from Innsbruck to Chironico by public transport to spend a few days there for bouldering with my friend Theresa. Letztes Jahr durfte ich mit ihm über sein Engagement sprechen, was ihn dazu inspiriert hat, welche Veränderungen er in seinem Leben vorgenommen hat und welche Rolle Profisportler:innen im Umgang mit der Klimakrise spielen können.

It also offers perfect climbing opportunities in winter and is the ideal destination for a New Year’s holiday. Therefore, at the beginning of January, my friend Judith and I set off from Innsbruck for a climbing trip by train and bike to Arco.
